Check Out What People are Saying About The Elected’s Summer Tour

The Elected has been hitting the road across the country on their headlining tour this summer, and everyone from diehard fans to those new to the band’s music have been taking notice.

“If you’re a fan of The Elected, I can tell you that disappointment won’t be in your vocabulary after a live show,” Music Defined wrote about their show at Schuba’s in Chicago. “If you’ve never heard of them and this is your first exposure to the band, I recommend you go check them out.”

Speakers in Code said about the band’s Chapel Hill show at Local 506, “…what a great evening of music. Sennett and The Elected were, of course, as strong as ever.”

“The ‘vibe’ was very laidback, allowing Sennett’s lyrics to weave a conversational web around the audience, and ensnare us in his musical storytelling,” the Dig Boston remarked about the show at Brighton Music Hall.

Additionally, they wrote, “The concert was quintessentially Elected-esque in that it invoked a shimmery sadness, the under-the-surface ache of a heart so full—of loneliness, of love, of a twinkling regret—that it could almost burst.”

Music Savage caught the same show and put it best when they said, “If you love well-written songs that are easy to bob your head to, catch The Elected at their next live show.”

If you haven’t already, be sure to check out what everyone has been talking about at one of their remaining shows this summer!
